On Friday the 9th of May, the day Belfast proudly hosted the Big start for the Giro d’Italia, Paul our director, ventured into Belfast on his bike to witness the historic occasion commence. Anyone who knows Paul McGuire, understands that he is an extremely keen cyclist, being a member of Belfast’s Number 1 cycling group Phoenix Cycling, so you can imagine his excitement when he got the honour of meeting Stephen Roache, who at the peak of his career in 1987 became the second of only two cyclists to win the Triple Crown of victories in the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia stage races, plus the World road race championship.

I think you can tell from the picture that this made an already memorable day for our Traction Director, that little bit sweeter.
