What the client asked:

As part of its strategy to achieve widespread cost efficiency across the entire Coca Cola organisation, a new plant at Knockmore Hill in Lisburn, County Down became its one plant and distribution centre for the whole of Ireland. This in turn meant trying to find a leasing company who could keep their people mobile on an ‘all Island’ basis. In other words, could we provide a full service fleet for Coca Cola and provide just one invoice for our services north and south?

What we delivered:

Having been a trusted supplier for over a decade , we got the wheels in motion. A lot more complex than one might think, we had to do a lot of creative thinking to find a solution that didn’t require us brokering out to a third party. In 2011, we became the only contract hire supplier to provide Coca Cola’s fleet requirements on an all Ireland basis. Its evidence of our willingness to listen carefully to our clients needs, then creating solutions to match.
